Our services include at a minimum:
- Custom Client portal: guides you through your requirements and tasks and allows you to communicate with us anytime in one location. No more searching for the email chain. All correspondence and reference information in one easy to access website accessible by PC, Apple, Phone and tablet anywhere in the world. Our pet relocation portal includes items such as required pet travel documents, coordination with your veterinarian, how to purchase your crates, how to prepare your crates, what documentation is required to travel, and what to expect on your day of travel, the day of pickup and even what to look for after travel that may require medical attention.
- Crates: We send you all needed stickers, Bowls/Buckets (metal buckets for plenty of hydration while big breed dogs travel), and Pee Pads so you don’t have to buy them!

- Flights: We choose the best flights and route options to ensure a safe and comfortable trip for your pet. Sometimes these are not direct flights, but just know we choose routes that have pet care during layovers for their safety and comfort.
- Airport Check-In: Hassel free check in, we are there to make sure your check in runs smoothly for all our international clients and available via phone for our domestic travelers.
- Custom Services: We provide other services tailored to your unique needs which include veterinary visits, testing, treatments, and/or door to door transportation for an added fee.
